A working ranch house asked to become a modern family home without losing its bones. The kitchen anchors the renovation: a teal quartzite island cut as a single waterfall, framed by cabinetry that disappears.
Elsewhere the hand is lighter — a dining room built around one sculptural fixture, corridors treated as intervals rather than leftovers.
